Internship Programmes
We develop the engineers of tomorrow on the production floor.
Internship programme with 40+ placements per year for engineering, vocational college and vocational high school students. Summer and in-year internship options, paid, insured, with experienced mentors.
- Summer Internship: 4–8 weeks, paid + meals, insured, production/R&D/sales departments
- Long-Term Internship: 6 months for 4th-year engineering students, including thesis topic advisory
- Vocational High School: In-factory workshop internship for Year 12+ students, apprenticeship programme
- Apprenticeship → Mastery: 4-year progressive vocational development programme for young people aged 16–20
